Balm Therapies CIC is an organisation which focuses on the wellbeing of groups and individuals within communities.
In doing so we adopt an holistic approach, one which offers opportunities for participating in activities which can assist in managing stress and anxiety amongst other mental health challenges.
We provide training and education which assists in understanding the benefits of maintaining wellbeing using methods which are accessible creative, and innovative. Raising awareness concerning strategies which assist in developing wellness allows us to contribute skills knowledge and expertise which can directly add value to the lives of participants, and the wider community.
Our vision is based on the principle of 'Each one teach one'. The sharing of knowledge and experience can transform the way we think about mental health as we learn techniques which can assist in creating a sense of wellbeing, allowing for the possibility of moving towards a model of self management and personal empowerment.
